How to return a Bolo Stick product, what to expect on refunds, and the terms of our one-year product warranty.
30-Day Window
Return for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery. Warranty returns are handled separately.
RGA Required
Every return needs a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before you ship it back.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is prepaid by the customer. Goods must arrive in original, resalable packaging.
20% Restocking
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns.
How to Start a Return
- 1Email support@bolostick.com to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
- 2Write the RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
- 3Return the goods prepaid, in original packaging and resalable condition, within 30 days of the RGA issue date.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund less the 20% restocking fee (non-warranty returns).
Returned Goods
Customer has up to thirty (30) calendar days from delivery date to return goods for refund, excluding warranty returns. Bolo Stick LLC shall require pre-authorization for all returns. All returned goods must have a correct Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number applied to the outside of the shipping carton. All goods must be returned in original packaging and be in resalable condition, excluding warranty returns. Returned goods must be prepaid by the customer. A restocking charge of 20% of purchase price shall be applied to the customer's account except for warranty returns. All goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of the RGA issue date. Product not returned in saleable condition or after 30 days of the RGA number issue date is subject to disposal by Bolo Stick LLC with no credit issued. Request for an RGA number shall be made via support@bolostick.com.
Product Warranty
Upon return of a defective product, Bolo Stick LLC shall replace the product in accordance with our standard warranty, not to exceed one calendar year from date of invoice. Bolo Stick LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Any modifications or installations not in accordance with instructions shall void the warranty.

Except as set forth herein, Bolo Stick LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and buyer acknowledges that no representations, warranties, promises or statements have been made by Bolo Stick LLC with respect to this product, or any part or portion thereof. In addition, Bolo Stick LLC makes no warranty of merchantability of this product or any part or portion thereof, for any purpose. In no event shall Bolo Stick LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages suffered by buyer or anyone claiming by, through or under buyer, as a result of the condition of this product, or any part or portion thereof, and there are no oral or written undertakings or agreements of any type provided by Bolo Stick LLC except as expressly set forth herein.
